The Glass System were the successful recipients of the 2016 Blair Milan Touring Scholarship. This scholarship allowed us to tour our group outside of Bathurst. In April, TGS toured to the Sydney Comedy Festival to a sold-out venue. This was a fantastic chance to work independently as emerging artists to manage and tour a show in a fringe-festival type setting.

Fun Theatre for the Very Young is presented by Bathurst Theatre Company. These weekly, half-hour shows are aimed toward 2-5 year old children. Fun Theatre for the Very Young currently tours to local pre-schools and performs yearly shows for the community. These interactive shows include song, dance and stories where the children are able to participate.

The Glass System toured to Wollongong as part of The Anywhere Festival. The Glass System performed two shows on the 18th and 19th of August at the Wollongong Art Gallery. The Anywhere Festival was an opportunity for theatre shows to be showcased in non-conventional theatre spaces.

WHITEOUT

Cast //

Whiteout was a semi-devised physical theatre show as part of the SRPUNG Festival of 2017. This show followed the story of Luca and his friends,  after the drug-induced death of his sister, Sisko.  My character was Skyy, a spoon-fed North Shore teenager with a passion for writing and creating music. Skyy was a character who was deadling with substance abuse and could only express his thoughts through writing.
